A feltscape is a hand-crafted textile artwork made from layers of felt and fibre, designed to depict an emotional or narrative landscape. Each piece is uniquely created in response to a person’s story, memory, or feeling — no two are the same.
This is for the deep-feelers, the memory-keepers, the ones who carry entire worlds inside them.

We start with your vision. Maybe it’s for your mum, your love, your past self. Maybe it’s a feeling you can’t quite name yet. You’ll fill out a short form to share what this gift is for—who it honours, what it remembers, and what you'd love it to feel like. No pressure to be polished; scraps of stories are welcome.

About two weeks before your artwork begins, I’ll gently invite you to send over your story. This could be a collection of memories, inside jokes, important places, old photos, or even a playlist. Anything that helps me understand the heart behind the gift. The more sentimental, the better.

I’ll sketch, write, and stitch—working with your story as my guide. I may reach out with little questions along the way. This is a collaborative spell.

Once your piece is complete, your custom feltscape will be carefully packaged, tracked, and sent off to its forever home—with a poem to keep close.

It was always hard to buy my mum a gift—not because she’s hard to love, but because she already has everything.

Most pieces take 4–6 weeks, but this depends on the size and the time of year. I’ll always give you a clear timeline once we begin, and I’ll keep you gently updated along the way.

It’s a collaboration. We co-create. You bring the story, the feelings, the little details—and I’ll translate them into fibre and verse. You don’t need to be “artsy,” just honest. You can share any kind of story. A family recipe. A road trip memory. A favourite phrase they always say. The more personal, the better. It doesn’t need to be perfect—it just needs to be true.
